NACATA COMMODITIES is a brokerage company for the exchange of mainly Biodiesel related OTC products, providing two main ways of communication between counterparties.
One of them is through the platform we have developed, where you can exchange Biodiesel (CBD) and Bioethanol (CBG) Certificates, as well as Compulsory stock obligations.
This platform consists of a common point of access to all members of Nacata, it will modernize the process of connecting clients in a completely anonymous way, providing a constant flow of information in real time regarding bids and offers as well as providing more liquidity to the market. Through this pool of information, the process of identifying potential opportunities will be less costly and more efficient.
On the other side, we also perform “Interdealing Brokerage”, through which we connect the counterparties through the classic channels such as phone or mail. Providing this service meanwhile more products are developed and implemented in the platform, gives us the possibility of working on the OTC products that are not in the platform but we have knowledge about.

Direct Intermediation
Nacata Commodities provides Interdealer broking service. This service involves bringing buyers and sellers together to execute a transaction in the different OTC markets we are present in. Brokers liaise between counterparties to establish the different factors and conditions of a certain product.
Broking occupies an important place in OTC markets, due to the opacity and lack of liquidity so the broker have to find the better option for the client.
Interdealer broking is purely intermediary. We take a commission on every trade that we facilitate to earn revenue for the firm.
